During our family vacation at Encantadas Ecologic, we were delighted to find that the property features a tour desk. This amenity made it incredibly convenient for us to plan our day trips around the island seamlessly. With the help of the tour desk staff, we were able to explore the best spots on Ilha do Mel, creating lasting memories with our loved ones. The hotel’s focus on being family-friendly truly shone through during our stay. From the welcoming staff who went out of their way to ensure our comfort to the array of activities tailored for families, such as the game room and outdoor playground, our children were thoroughly entertained. These small touches made a significant difference in our overall experience, allowing us as parents to relax and enjoy our time knowing our kids were having a blast.
